Campus capital asset planning is one of Paul's many responsibilities, in addition to the management of all campus fiscal capital projects.
Paul is currently focusing on the newest campus geothermal project taking place in the Palamountain parking lot. See Paul’s blog on the campus blog site or on the Facilities website. He is also working with Bruce Murray on the replacement of the turf on the Wachenheim field at the Sports Center and renovations to the boathouse on Staffords Bridge Road.

Dean has 20 years of varied construction experience.
Dean continues to work alongside Senior Project Manager Paul Lunderberg on Phase1A
of the Center for Integrated Science. Summer/Fall 2018 Dean also replaced Ladd Hall’s
main Air Handler Unit and the Sports Center’s steam boiler. Dean also completed part
A of the Bolton Hall window replacement project and replaced carpet on the first floor
of the Murray Aikins Dining Hall.
Matt Folts

Matt brings his 15 years' experience in the construction field to Skidmore.
He is currently working on the Surrey and Eissner Cottage (former Admissions) renovations
along with a student housing project, creating new student housing campuswide. He
is also working on Greenberg Childcare Center’s kitchen renovation and HVAC upgrades,
Scribner House front porch roof replacement, installation of water bottle fill stations
campuswide, campus covered walkway repairs, carpet replacement and the metal roofing
replacement project on the Scribner Carriage House.
Larry Evanchick
Project Manger

Larry has over 40 years in construction management. He has worked various project on campus including the Waring House to be the new Admission building. He has completed jobs in the Foeign Laguages department, Anthropology and the President's Office. He is currently working on project at the Tang and JKB Theater.
